Which came first, the duck or the egg? Nike and the University of Oregon’s Ducks of a Feather platform are pondering the age-old question with two new spins on the timeless Air Force 1 Low model.
The new University of Oregon-themed Ducks of a Feather x Nike Air Force 1 Low will be offered in two limited-edition styles: a White/Gorge Green/Green Spark “Egg or Duck” variation and a Soft Yellow/Topaz Gold/Bright Ceramic “Duck or Egg” look.
The playful pairs feature matching Ducks of a Feather branding and rubber hangtags, but the two sneakers couldn’t be further apart otherwise. The Egg or Duck variation combines a color-shifting iridescent green leather base with full-grain white leather and suede Swoosh logos and features duck footprint embroidery at the heel. Its counterpart, the yellow Duck or Egg style, combines a two-tone suede upper with a flocked textile Swoosh logo and depicts a hatched duck egg on the heel. Both pairs feature terry liners and “which came first?” text behind their tongues.
