Nike’s lineup of Halloween-themed, mummified releases is getting even more interesting as we approach the second half of 2026.
After news of a “Mummy” Nike Air Foamposite One surfaced, details have also been confirmed for an alternate University of Oregon “Mummy Duck” Air Foamposite Pro. The news comes by way of leakers @brandon1an and @zsneakerheadz and confirms that Oregon’s exclusive Air Foamposite Pros, first seen in September, will be released to the public.
The upcoming release has a full colorway of Phantom/Sequoia/Barely Volt/White and several unique details tying the style back to the university. The phantom gray molded polyurethane upper of the shoe features a subtle duck feather print which glows in the dark. The phosphorescent look is also seen on the translucent Barely Volt outsole as well as the heel’s Ducks logo.

But the most unique aspect of the upcoming pair is arguably its “mummified” treatment, which includes loose gauze cloth wrapping the sneaker’s large jewel Swoosh logo and the aforementioned heel patch, giving the style a first-of-its-kind aesthetic for retail Foamposite releases.
While the Air Foamposite Pro is set for a public release, at least one of the Mummy Duck styles bestowed upon the university will remain exclusive to its players. Ahead of the Ducks’ September match up against Penn State, Nike hooked players up with a matching Vaporposite cleat.
News of the Phantom-colored Mummy Duck Air Foamposite Pro’s release may cause readers to question the status of the previously reported black Mummy Duck colorway. However, both Air Foamposite Pro pairs are still expected to be released alongside the unbranded Mummy Air Foamposite One for a total of three mummified Foamposite styles.
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Mummy Duck is expected to be released this holiday season for a retail price of $230. The style code for the sneaker is JA5895-001. Availability has not yet been confirmed, but many of Oregon’s recent Ducks of a Feather releases have launched through GOAT Group’s GOAT and Flight Club platforms.
