The just-leaked Air Jordan 4 Retro Spotlight isn’t the only women’s-exclusive Air Jordan that’s lined up for an early 2027 launch, as the Air Jordan 3 is also getting in on the action with a new look.
An all-new Air Jordan 3 Retro Neo Pink is slated for a March release. The news comes courtesy of leakers @zsneakerheadz and Sneaker Files, who have also provided a speculative mock-up of what the upcoming pair is expected to look like.

The new colorway will follow the color blocking of the original Fire Red Air Jordan 3, replacing the Chicago Bulls red with a soft shade of Neo Pink. The rest of the shoe is expected to feature the same color placement as the Fire Red, pairing white leather with gray on the eyelets, liner and outsole. And like the original Fire Red look, the Neo Pink is expected to feature dark black elephant print overlays at the toe and heel.
Widely considered one of the best Air Jordan designs of all time, the Air Jordan 3 has in recent years found itself in the shadows of its Air Jordan 4 successor, which is typically in higher demand on resale platforms such as StockX and GOAT. However, the Air Jordan 3 is never too far removed from the trend cycle and has managed to stay relevant in the nearly four decades since its debut.
Still to come for the Air Jordan 3 in 2026 is the model’s first-ever Bin 23 luxe release and a new World’s Best look, the latter of which will be released Saturday.
The Air Jordan 3 Retro Neo Pink is expected to be released on March 26 for a retail price of $215, although it’s possible the exact date could change in the coming months. The pair will be released exclusively in women’s sizing from Nike’s Snkrs app and select Jordan Brand retailers. The style code for the new colorway is IX6149-100.
