Sarah Pidgeon shifted out of her true-to-form Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy mode and into a more modern interpretation of the style icon courtesy of Balenciaga at the 32nd Annual Actor Awards Presented by SAG-AFTRA on Sunday, grounding her blush balloon gown with the house’s Duchesse pumps in White Snow at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
The Duchesse pump in Balenciaga’s White Snow shade featured smooth napa lambskin, a long pointed toe and a deep V-cut vamp that left the top of the foot exposed. High sides through the arch narrowed into a slim 90mm stiletto on a semi-gloss, tone-on-tone finish. The sculptural style retails for $1,190 and is also available in black and pink, with a ballet-flat version of the shape listed as coming soon on the brand’s site.

Pidgeon wore the pumps with a strapless pale pink balloon gown from Balenciaga’s spring 2026 collection. In Milan a few days prior to the awards ceremony, Pidgeon attended the Prada fall 2026 show in the house’s bow-strap pumps from the spring 2026 runway, styling them with a fringe slip skirt and sweater vest. Earlier in New York, she wore pointed black pumps under Matthieu Blazy’s feather-trimmed Chanel dress for the “Love Story” premiere and patent loafers on set when recreating Bessette-Kennedy’s daytime looks.
