NEW YORK — The actor Penn Badgley is fronting a third Moncler campaign, following two previous ones featuring Arnaud Binard photographed in Paris and Joaquín Furriel in Madrid.
For this latest chapter, the location chosen was New York, where Badgley is portrayed wearing the brand’s collection in both black-and-white and color shots with the city as the background.
“I remember when a Moncler jacket was, for me, aspirational — so working with them in the city I’ve called home for almost 20 years has been a lovely experience. This collection evokes the simplicity and practicality of an urban uniform, but with a beauty and elegance that is unique to Moncler. It’s clean, super comfortable and elevated, like you’d expect,” said Badgley of the collection.
In menswear, the offer goes from reversible jackets to coats that become vests through a zip. The fabric selection boasts suede and cashmere-blends, alongside the line’s signature Airsoft nylon engineered for an ultra-smooth complexion, as well as everyday functionality. The palette ranges from tonal beige to navy, gray, and black.
