Fashion Forward Week is expanding its cross-industry approach through a new partnership that brings basketball further into its orbit. The platform has teamed up with former NBA players Larry Drew II and Darius Miller, tech entrepreneur Chuck Bryant Jr., and industry veteran Eji Benson to launch FFW LV Holdings, a joint venture focused on connecting sport and fashion.
The initiative builds on Fashion Forward Week’s founding idea: to rethink the traditional fashion week model by prioritizing storytelling, access, and collaboration across industries. Since its debut in September 2025, the platform has positioned itself as a flexible framework rather than a fixed event.
Basketball is a natural extension. Player style — visible in tunnel walks, media appearances, and off-court settings — continues to influence consumer trends and brand visibility. Events like the NBA’s Las Vegas summer calendar highlight how closely fashion and basketball intersect, as fans track players’ personal style as much as their performance.
