The street style at London Fashion Week fell into two camps: quirky or punk. However, both brought individuality back to street style.
Eccentricities—like jeans covered in plush toys—underscored fashion’s child-like love for Labubus and bag charms. The latter was also present in abundance. Wallet chains also made a comeback.
Other fashion week goers stepped out in laser printed jean shorts, deconstrued Y-Project silhouettes and wide-leg jeans with a wool-like texture.
Wide-leg jeans with color-contrasting hems added an artisan look and feel to jeans. The voluminous bottoms also balanced over-the-top coats.
Punk-inspired pieces were a natural choice for London Fashion Week. Attendees layered pleated tartan skirts over jeans. Some splice skirts and jeans into one garment.
