Lulu Kennedy joined forces with fellow maximalist Louise Gray for an exuberant collection. Inspirations were Sun Ra, the Seventies jazz musician who claimed he was from Saturn, and the Nineties acid house scene.
“It feels modern, but a bit retro,” said Kennedy, adding the psychedelic prints were modeled on Ra’s kaftans.
Shift and T-shirt dresses, ankle-grazer trousers, jackets and crop tops were confident and fun with glitter embellishment.
