Rose Byrne made an elegant fashion statement at Sunday’s 2026 Academy Awards red carpet in Los Angeles with a Dior gown. Byrne is nominated for Actress in a Leading Role for her performance in “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.”
Byrne modeled a strapless black dress with a swirling floral design enlivened with jewelry-like embellishments; the romantic design was done in soft pastel hues, which stood out against the dark backdrop. The dress hugged her form, then flared into a skirt that pooled on the ground. For footwear, she donned a pair of black Gianvito Rossi platform sandals.
Byrne wore a statement accessory as well, a Taffin by James de Givenchy necklace with a yellow diamond. Meanwhile, her hair was styled back in a low bun while a makeup look including a bold red lip was created with Dior Beauty products.
