Emma Stone attended the premiere of “Bleat” at the New York Film Festival on Wednesday. The short film, starring Stone, is directed by Yorgos Lanthimos.
For the occasion, Stone layered a khaki coat over a trench-inspired minidress, both by Louis Vuitton. She completed her look with a gold chain necklace, sheer tights and a pair of black heels.
Stone sought the stylings of Petra Flannery, who also dresses stars like Emilia Clarke, Zoe Saldana and Claire Danes.

Although the Screen Actors Guild is still on strike, “Bleat” received a go-ahead from the union as part of an interim agreement. Following the short film’s premiere, Stone and Lanthimos participated in a Q&A, with the former sharing her support for the strike. “Go SAG,” she cheered.
“Bleat” features no dialogue, something that Stone was excited to experiment with. “It’s my favorite thing to not have to speak,” she said. “I often think we could cut many lines of dialogue because I think people can say a lot more without speaking.”
Stone and Lanthimos recently collaborated on “Poor Things,” a full-length feature set to premiere in December. Stone previously starred in the Greek auteur’s historical drama, “The Favourite.”
The actress hasn’t appeared in any feature films since 2021’s “Cruella,” but she’s set to reprise the role of the Disney villain in 2024.
Stone has been a longtime Louis Vuitton spokesmodel, appearing in ad campaigns for their clothing, handbags and Coeur Battant fragrance.
