Nike Elevated Its Best-Selling Running Shoes With New Swarovski Crystal Styles for the Holiday Season

The women's-exclusive pairs will arrive at retail in December.

Since their 2025 debuts, Nike’s best-selling Pegasus Premium and Vomero Plus running shoes have already released in dozens of styles across men’s and women’s sizing including patterned pairs, metallic looks and just-launched styles which are nearly devoid of any branding. Before the year is over, each model will receive a blinged-out makeover courtesy of Austrian crystal purveyor Swarovski.

Arriving in December are new Swarovski x Nike Pegasus Premium and Vomero Plus styles in matching blue colorways. The duo’s Pegasus Premium features a full colorway of Blue Force/Blue Void/Metallic Silver/Blue Void, while the Vomero Plus is listed only as Blue Force/Blue Void.

Each pair dons near-tonal, indigo-like looks which allow the Swarovski crystals to steal the show. But rather than the flooded looks we’ve seen on some of Swarovski and Nike’s previous work, the two running shoes are restrained in their use of the embellishments. The shiny stones appear only on the lateral Swoosh logo of each model, given the pairs an elevated look without going over the top.

Despite the lifestyle-like updates, each pair retains the performance tech setups which have made them so popular with runners. The Pegasus Premium boasts a tri-cushioned build with a ReactX foam bottom, full-length visible Air Zoom in the middle and ZoomX, which Nike touts as its most responsive foam compound, directly underfoot. As for the Vomero Plus, it uses a thick, fully ZoomX-cushioned midsole and upgraded materials from its Vomero 18 predecessor.

With the addition of luxury adornments comes higher-than-usual retail price points for each pair. The Pegasus Premium, which has a style code of IM7384-499, will cost $310, up from its standard pricing of $220. Meanwhile, the Vomero Plus, which boasts a style code of IM7389-499, sees a hike to $230, a $50 increase from its typical $180 pricing.

Both Swarovski x Nike running models will be released Dec. 4 at 10 a.m. ET exclusively in women’s sizing from Nike’s Snkrs platform.
