Kelsea Ballerini hit the stage at the Riviera Theatre in Chicago on Thursday, performing in knee-high boots the color of red wine.
The country-pop star, who partnered with Steve Madden to create her footwear for her latest tour, showed off a pair of burgundy boots with glossy patent leather uppers. The light-catching style featured an almond toe shape and high block heels that looked to be between 4 and 5 inches tall.
The deep red boots coordinated seamlessly with the slinky maroon catsuit she wore, which boasted an off-the-shoulder design and an abdomen cutout. The style was complete with inner side zippers for easy entry. Unlike some knee-high boots, they didn’t hug her calves.
Looking at Steve Madden’s offerings, the style is similar to the brand’s “Aria” boot, but the Aria ($140) has a stretchy upper that clings to the leg. Ballerini has appeared onstage in different versions, including in bright blue colorways, of the sleek style throughout this year.
