Harry Styles championed ballet flats for men at the 2026 Grammys in Los Angeles on Sunday, donning a mint green mule pair to complete his Dior by Jonathan Anderson look.
Styles was on hand to present the Album of the Year award, which went to Bad Bunny. True to form, the British pop star made a unique sartorial statement at the star-studded occasion. He paired a Dior grey wool-and-silk peak-lapel bar jacket with a subtle sparkle with a pair of slouchy dark blue jeans.
But his shoes, perhaps, might have been the standout element of the outfit. He modeled a pair of slim mint green leather mule ballet flats with a triangular cutout and bow detail; he paired the shoes with white socks for a layered look. The shoes were featured in the Dior spring 2026 show during Paris Fashion Week in the fall. Working with Anderson at Dior is Nina Christen as the design director of shoes.
Styles is a fan of the slim dancerly shoe look — his recently released “Aperture” music video features the star wearing green Prada Collapse sneakers, which embody the sneakerina trend. He’d previously been seen wearing the yellow flat Prada sneakers when out and about, and he also wore white ballet flats on the cover of his album “Harry’s House.”

Styles has been in the headlines lately as he recently announced a fourth studio album, “Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally,” released the first single “Aperture” (and the aforementioned music video) and revealed his upcoming tour Together, Together — though many fans are unhappy with ticket prices. This marks Styles’ return after his third solo project, “Harry’s House,” won the Album of the Year Grammy in 2023. Styles has won three total Grammys and earned nine nominations so far in his career.
In addition to his hit music, Styles is known for his playful and unconventional approach to dressing. For example, on the red carpet for the 2023 Grammys, he wore an EgonLab x Swarovski jumpsuit featuring a colorful, sparkling diamond pattern. He also wore a Gucci dress on the cover of Vogue in 2020 and a Gucci look when he co-chaired the Met Gala in 2019, an all-black ensemble featuring a sheer top.
