Brooks Nader brought one of Saint Laurent’s sharpest slingback shapes to Elle’s Women in Hollywood celebration in Los Angeles on Monday night, stepping out in the Apolline in dusty rose.
The pair carried the silhouette’s defining elongated, pinched toe — a construction that angles inward before narrowing to a fine point — paired with a slim back strap that kept the heel exposed. Her version appeared in a dusty rose upper with a soft surface and slight sheen, a contrast to the darker, patent finishes currently offered on Saint Laurent’s site for $2,500.
The Apolline has become one of the house’s most recognizable pointed slingbacks this season, particularly during Paris Fashion Week. Teyana Taylor wore the same style in marron glacé patent leather at the end of September, putting the extreme toe and open-back cut on full display. Demi Lovato also opted for the silhouette in patent black to attend Coperni’s spring 2026 show in Paris.

The moment also continues the “Love Thy Nader” star’s ongoing penchant for the label’s footwear. In June, she opted the platform version of La Scandale for a Los Angeles wedding — a peep-toe sandal built on a boosted front sole and a 4.33-inch heel. On Labor Day, she stopped by YSL’s Beverly Hills boutique in the Babylone mule, a brown lambskin style defined by a ruched upper and pointed peep toe. And in September, she opted for the Casanova slingback at the Daily Media Awards, a black patent pump with a slender strap and sharply pointed toe that now appears mostly on resale sites. Across each outing, Nader has kept to Saint Laurent’s language of slim vamps, tapered points and exposed structure.
She styled the pinched-toe slingbacks with an archival Versace spring 2004 set sourced through Timeless Vixen — a fitted, corset-seamed jacket in a small pink, yellow and lilac floral print and a matching knee-length skirt. A flash of black-and-pink polka dots at the back vent tied it back to the early-2000s collection.
