Demi Lovato sharpened Coperni’s soft-tech mood on Monday in Paris, arriving at the brand’s spring 2026 show in Saint Laurent’s black patent Apolline slingbacks — a glossy counterpoint to the label’s second-skin silhouettes.
The pointed-toe pumps were cut in polished leather with a slim slingback strap and a stiletto heel just over 3 inches high. Their sharply angled shape mirrored the architectural precision that’s defined Saint Laurent’s footwear under Anthony Vaccarello — a minimalist style that’s become a steady presence on Paris front rows this season.
Lovato wore the heels with Coperni’s $467 cargo tights — a stretch legging style detailed with front pockets — and a fitted black bodysuit. A sage-green faux-fur wrap draped over her arms, leaving the bodysuit’s clean lines visible against the cargo detailing. The mix of color and texture mirrored Coperni’s spring direction toward movement and touch.

WWD’s Lily Templeton described the collection as one rooted in wellness and tactility. Designers Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant introduced their new “carewear” range, embedding probiotic technology from Swiss innovator HeiQ into the brand’s signature second-skin layers. To balance the concept’s technical edge, they mixed in pleated silks, sharp shirting and draped jersey meant to feel restorative rather than rigid. Lovato’s styling — glossy heels against active-inspired layers — echoed that same duality.
The appearance also extended Lovato’s recent streak of slingback moments. In September, she wore a vintage 1969 Pierre Cardin ribbed jumpsuit with black patent heels while heading to “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” in New York. Earlier in the summer, she was photographed in Saint Laurent’s Babylone Breteuil pumps while promoting her single “Fast.” A month earlier, she wore Gianvito Rossi’s semitransparent Metropolis sandals in the “Fast” music video — a plexi design set on a 105 mm stiletto. Taken together, the choices show her leaning toward pointed heels with a clean line, little hardware and a mirrored shine.
