Huang, who boasts 20 million followers on Weibo, is one of the best-known actors of his generation. His upcoming projects include the Chinese drama “Our Dazzling Days” and the third chapter of the drama movie “Pegasus 3.”

This is not the first fashion tie-up for Huang, as he also served as Abercrombie & Fitch’s first Chinese brand ambassador in 2018 as well as global brand ambassador for the Swiss company Bally.
The men’s roster of ambassadors at Ferragamo also includes Italian ski champion Alberto Tomba, who fronted the first chapter of Ferragamo’s “Legends, Reimagined” project, and NCT member Jeno Lee as its first global male brand ambassador.
The brand is designed by creative director Maximilian Davis, who was tapped by former chief executive officer Marco Gobbetti in March 2022.
Gobbetti stepped down from his role in March 2025. Since then, executive chairman Leonardo Ferragamo has been leading the company’s strategy with a transitional chairman advisory committee. The committee includes James Ferragamo, chief transformation and sustainability officer, and son of Ferruccio Ferragamo; the company’s former chief financial officer Ernesto Greco, and former CEO Michele Norsa, who has taken on the role of special chairman adviser.
