Diesel’s Little Door

NEW YORK — Diesel plans to open its first U.S. Diesel Kids store next month in New York’s SoHo district. The 1,600-square-foot unit, on West Broadway, will stock clothing for infants through age 16.

Overall, it will be the brand’s 35th U.S. location.

The store will have a whitewashed look, with sections for toddlers, teens and young men distinguished by color. It will also feature a miniaturized version of the denim wall concept Diesel has in its adult stores.

A spokeswoman described the store as one “where you can shop with your 15-year-old or buy a nice gift for a baby shower.”
