Jordache Combines Heritage with Modern Sensibilities in New Collection

Since 1978, Jordache has embodied a bold and authentic denim legacy—constantly evolving alongside the denim consumer while staying true to its distinctive roots. The brand’s new fall collection maintains this legacy with nine signature styles that merge Jordache’s heritage with modern sensibilities.

“With this collection, we’re not only celebrating our past but also shaping the next chapter of our story,” Devyn Jorgensen, Jordache’s VP of marketing, told SJ Denim.

The collection is Jordache’s first premium line in several years. The elevated collection showcases refined details such as double-needle vintage stitching, pleated barrel constructions, and the iconic Omega embroidery on the back pockets—a symbol of the brand once worn by fashion icons like Brooke Shields and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Longtime fans will instantly recognize these signature details, said Jorgensen, along with heritage-inspired washes like Midnight, True Vintage, and the iconic Acid Wash—all drawn directly from the Jordache archive.

“We’re committed to honoring Jordache’s heritage while introducing denim that resonates with today’s customer,” Jorgensen said.

For younger consumers, the brand meets their demand for authenticity and heritage through elevated classics with oversized silhouettes, modern tailoring, and sustainable finishing techniques. Jorgensen said the Kimmie Oversized Jacket and Iman Pleated Barrel are prime examples, adding how both are rooted in Jordache’s archive but styled with a contemporary, fashion-forward lens. “This dual approach allows us to stay true to our legacy while engaging a new generation of denim enthusiasts,” Jorgensen said.

The new collection also incorporates jacquard weaving techniques that mimic the look of Japanese boro patchwork. The jacquard denim is used for jeans and a fitted vest.

Other styles in the collection include 1978 High Rise Stove Pipe, a “true heritage silhouette” with a tailored, slim leg. Offered in Midnight Wash, a vintage-inspired rinse with comfort stretch, Jorgensen said the style “embodies Jordache’s legacy of craftsmanship and speaks directly to the brand’s DNA.”

The Brooke High Rise Straight, a narrow straight leg, is finished with laser technology to minimize water usage. The Jamie Trouser, a pleated wide-leg trouser jean, provides comfort stretch and an elegant drape.

Denim styles are offered in sizes 25–32, while the jacket, vest, and a tee range from XS–XL. Retail prices range from $48 for the Lexi Vest to $108 for the 1978 Stove Pipe, Kimmie Jacket, Jamie Trouser, and Iman Barrel. The collection is available exclusively on Jordache.com.
