Crocs
Casual footwear brand Crocs has named Patraic Reagan as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Sept. 22.
Reagan will handle Croc’s financial strategies in addition to financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, tax and internal audit. He brings nearly three decades of financial and operational experience at global consumer companies, most recently serving as SharkNinja’s CFO, previously spending 14 years at Nike in various roles, including vice president of global business planning (2020-2022) and vice president and CFO of Asia Pacific and Latin America (2022-2024).
Reagan succeeds Susan Healy, who resigned Thursday, Aug. 28, roughly 14 months after her appointment last June.
Lululemon
Vancouver-based athletic purveyor Lululemon has named Ranju Das as the brand’s inaugural chief AI and technology officer. In this newly created role, Das will lead the company’s technology organization, driving the development and execution of the next phase of Lululemon’s technology and AI strategy. He brings over two decades of experience scaling, organizing and driving AI-first operations. Before founding and helming Swan AI Studios, Das served as CEO of OptumLabs, the R&D arm of UnitedHealth Group, previously spending eight years at Amazon and 12 years at Barnes & Noble, respectively.
Effective Sept. 2, Das will report to CEO Calvin McDonald and join the senior leadership team. Lululemon also announced chief information officer Julie Averill will depart the company in September as part of a planned transition.
Hammitt
Los Angeles-based handbag brand Hammitt has appointed Ryan Meyer, current chief financial officer, to the role of CEO. Before joining Hammitt as CFO in 2022, he previously served as Manduka’s CFO (2011-2013), Boatbound’s chief operating officer and head of finance (2014-2018), Buck Mason’s head of finance (2018-2020) and The Great’s executive vice president and CFO (2020-2022).
Kelvin So succeeds Meyer as CFO. He joins from Princess Polly, where he spent nearly three years, most recently as global financial controller. He previously served as financial controller for brands including The Great (2020-2022), Buck Mason (2018-2020) and Hudson Jeans (2016-2018).
Jennifer Sprague has been named chief marketing officer. Sprague brings over two decades of experience in global brand strategy, previously spending seven years at NBCUniversal in various roles and three years at BCBG Max Azria Group as senior vice president of global marketing.

Wantable
Milwaukee-based personal styling service Wantable has promoted Tyson Ciepluch to the position of president and chief operations officer. Ciepluch joined Wantable in 2017 and has served as the company’s chief operations officer since 2019. In his newly added role as president, Ciepluch will lead company initiatives focused on innovation, efficiency and customer-centric experiences to bolster the brand’s position in personalized fashion.

Japanese textile firm Asahi Kasei has named Junshu Furusawa as CEO of Asahi Kasei Fibers Italia. With 19 years of working within the Bemberg division and a strong background in innovation, product development and strategic vision within the Bemberg division of Asahi Kasei, Furusawa brings renewed energy and understanding of the fiber’s technical and responsible value proposition.
Covation Biomaterials
Former DuPont unit Covation Biomaterials has named Steven Ackerman as chief executive officer. He succeeds Dean Trivits, who served as CEO following Michael Saltzberg’s retirement in 2023. Ackerman brings 15 years of specialized experience in sustainable materials, most recently serving as vice president of product and technology for CovationBio’s Sorona business—a division Ackerman has led since joining DuPont Biomaterials in 2010.

Trimco Group
Manufacturer and supplier of brand identity products, Trimco, has named Ricardo Lobo as incoming group CEO. Lobo will lead the company and spearhead its growth strategy as Amy Wan transitions into the role of chief product officer. Lobo brings extensive experience in the brand identity space to Trimco, most recently serving as CEO at Beontag, where he grew the business from a regional to a global player in smart labels and RFID solutions.
