Casual footwear brand Crocs announced the appointment of Terence Reilly as incoming executive vice president and president of the HeyDude Brand. Reilly most recently served as the president of the Stanley Brand where he reshaped the century-old insulated drinkware brand into a must-have of current culture. Reilly will join the executive leadership team on April 29 and will report directly to Andrew Rees, chief executive officer.
Burberry
Luxury house Burberry Group announced that Debra Lee, independent non-executive director, has informed the company of her intention to retire from the board, effective at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting in July. She is retiring to concentrate on her own personal media interests in the United States, where she is based. Since joining the board in October 2019, Lee has contributed to the audit and nomination committees.
Under Armour
Athletic brand Under Armour announced that its chief people and administrative officer, Tchernavia Rocker, will be leaving the company on June 1 “for personal reasons,” per a SEC filing. Rocker joined the company in February 2019 as the chief people and culture officer, becoming chief people and administrative officer in June 2020. President and CEO Kevin Plank thanked Rocker for her contributions in fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity and teammate development in the filing.

Omnichannel lifestyle brand Brixton announced the appointment of Seth Ellison, a 40-plus-year veteran of the lifestyle apparel and action sports sectors, to the role of chief executive officer. He most recently served as the executive vice president, chief commercial officer for Levi Strauss & Co. after having served for a decade in roles at Levi’s, Dockers and Alternative Apparel.

Harvey Nichols
British luxury department store Harvey Nichols has named Julia Goddard as chief executive officer following the departure of 25-year veteran Manju Malhotra late last year, as reported by Sourcing Journal’s sister publication, WWD. Goddard joins the company from Alexander McQueen, where she spent 14 years, most recently serving as EMEA region president. Goddard will take over the responsibilities of interim CEO Pearson Poon, son of Harvey Nichols’ owner, Dickson Poon.

Modern Meadow
Jack Feldman has joined biotechnology material science company Modern Meadow as director of supply chain, as per a LinkedIn post. Feldman previously served as the founder of Reclamation Textile, an international textile recycling and apparel manufacturing company, and as strategic sourcing manager for Renewcell.

Lenzing AG announced during its annual general meeting that Dr. Markus Fürst retired from the supervisory board at his own request after serving on the board and various committees for three years. The general meeting elected Dr. Cornelius Baur as a new member of the supervisory board until the end of the general meeting that decides on the discharge for the 2028 financial year. In addition, Melody Harris-Jensbach’s mandate was extended until the annual general meeting that decides on the 2028 financial year. Cord Prinzhorn was elected chairman and Dr. Stefan Fida was re-elected as deputy chairman of the supervisory board.

Retail commerce platform NewStore announced the appointment of Mike DeSimone as chief executive officer. NewStore founder Stephan Schambach will remain chairman of the board, ensuring that the company continues to evolve in line with his vision to make omnichannel simple. As CEO, DeSimone will leverage his extensive experience scaling commerce technology businesses to accelerate the company’s growth further.
DeSimone joins NewStore with more than two decades of experience leading high-growth commerce technology companies. At ShopKeep, he guided the POS provider through its acquisition by Lightspeed. His appointment as NewStore CEO caps off a year-long succession plan involving the NewStore board of directors, investors and leadership team to transition the company into its next growth stage.

Dallas Market Center
Wholesale trade resource Dallas Market Center has announced two promotions within its apparel leasing team. Jill Cunningham has been promoted to senior vice president of apparel leasing, and Bailey Watson has been promoted to vice president of apparel leasing. Eva Walsh will continue to handle new business development as she spends more time with her family. These position changes will be effective May 1.
Cunningham, who has been with the Dallas Market Center Apparel leasing team since 2018, will oversee all permanent and temporary leasing for softgoods, which includes women’s, men’s, children’s, Western and English exhibitors as well as fine jewelry. Watson, who has been with the Dallas Market Center Apparel leasing team since 2017, has been a driving force to grow Dallas’ permanent Western exhibitors on the 14th floor and lead the newest softgoods leasing initiative.
