Christopher Raeburn’s lighthearted spring outing was filled with floaty fabrics, kimono wraps and military shapes — and it all looked great. His new accessory — possibly the most elegant waist pouch on the planet — bears mentioning early on. Tied with an obi-style belt, it was cool and functional rather than weird or cumbersome.
The collection itself included roomy slipdresses, some sleeveless with a blurry yellow-and-black flower print, others with hoods and sheer panels in white and light blue. Several tied around the body kimono-style and had long, flowing belts. The clothes were so light and airy that models appeared to float down the catwalk.
