Confirming that artist collaborations are among the hottest trends in fashion, Misha Nonoo printed a range of her spring outfits with magnified images of Dustin Yellin’s sculptures, which consist of mixed materials suspended between layers of glass. But while the sculptures showcased at the entrance of the show made a dramatic impact, their reproduction on the clothes didn’t have the same effect.
On the other hand, Nonoo hit the mark with solids, including a group of simple yet hyper-chic off-white numbers, like a pair of wide, pleated pants with an oversize tie, worn with a ribbed knit T-shirt.
