For his 10th anniversary collection, Robert Rodriguez incorporated painstakingly crafted embellishments onto his signature architectural shapes. A bonded canvas jacket featured ethnic beading in a 3-D effect down its front, while a black jersey sweatshirt was adorned with hand-stamped matte sequins. The decorative aspects played up Rodriguez’s “African Tribes to Futuristic Warriors” theme while still allowing his more simple tailored pieces to shine.
