Henry Holland mixed up another amusing, outré fashion cocktail, spiking ladylike clothes with a heavy dose of tattoo prints, garish colors and references to Mexico City: “The stench of tequila,” the show notes promised.
The show was a hoot, and rarely has the front row been so in sync with the collection: Harry Styles with his inked arms poking out of his white T-shirt; Kelly Osbourne with her purple hair matching the patterned runway and many of the clothes.
Slim-line dresses, pert trenchcoats and clam-digger pants were mashed up with peekaboo lace, metallic brocades and loud picnic checks. Trucker hats and leather harnesses for keys and smartphones were aimed squarely at the club kids.
