The fall effort by this collective — headed by artist Aurélian Arbet and graphic designer Jérémie Egry — couldn’t be more urban. Grids and cityscapes often decorated suits, shirts and trousers in their collection, while clock faces and a ticker stripe reading 24-7-365 added to the rush-hour feel.
The loud, hectic prints paved lean tailoring, including single-breasted blazers. Youthfulness came through particularly with baggier pants and layering, such as a bomber jacket over a long-hanging shirt and trousers — all checked. The result was fun and fresh, if a bit busy.
