Jordana Warmflash took cues from Ellsworth Kelly’s body of work for her fall collection. She translated his geometric shapes into colorful circular appliqués on skirts and dresses, as well as a print on a simple midlength black dress with a yellow rectangle at the bottom. Her use of color also captured the artist’s optimistic palette — most successfully on a strapless geometric-motif gown in navy, pink, burgundy and cream.
