Aude Casteja’s fall collection for Monographie marked several firsts: She introduced knitwear, as well as leather and fur items, and expanded her label’s offer to almost 100 references.
Her mix-and-match, minimalist lineup included riffs on men’s white work shirts, and mannish coats tossed over dresses done in liquid jersey. Tailoring details such as cross stitches, typically used to seal pockets, became decorative leitmotifs and looked great.
