The elegant atmosphere, underscored by a live performance by chamber ensemble Decoda, of Misha Nonoo’s fall runway show didn’t fully resonate in the clothes. Tailoring and some nice knits gave the impression of refined creativity designed for the “modern collector” Nonoo was striving for, but her artistic details — improbably elongated sleeves, embroidered scribbles inspired by Tracey Emin’s work and liquid-silver turtlenecks — felt cumbersome, as did many of the fits.
