Taking cues from photographer Martin Parr’s sidelong look at British provincial life, Lupfer’s fun presentation had models wearing youthful, Sixties-inspired silhouettes milling around a set that resembled a no-frills, seaside cafe.
Pieces on show included a round-neck, A-line minidress in a pretty, faded rose print, or a leopard print pencil skirt paired with a knit sweater in orange, pink and blue. Pointy, sling-back flats finished off the looks.
Gray marl or knit sweaters were appliquéd with quirky images of sequined flying ducks or pigeons.
