Rihanna joined a bevy of guests in Barbados to celebrate the forthcoming drop of her Fenty x Puma collaboration. The new styles between the Rihanna-founded brand and the German multinational design corporation debut on Thursday.
The “Needed Me” singer and Grammy-winning artist styled a voluminous green tulle skirt with pieces of sports-inspired apparel draped over her shoulder. The green hue was a nod to the event’s theme, as well as the new drop of shoes.

Within Rihanna’s look were jerseys she wore unbottoned in shades of green and yellow as well as red and white with thin pinstripes. Rihanna also wore a neon green bikini top with a thin layer of sheer fabric overtop.

As for her accessories, the “Umbrella” singer styled a Sabyasachi necklace and wore a few statement rings. Following suit with the theme of the celebration, Rihanna wore a pair of the Fenty x Puma Avanti LS Stitched sneakers.
The forthcoming Fenty x Puma collection lineup features such selections as the Cat Cleat Jelly for on-and-off the beach, the Pocket Bag for easy accessorizing and essentials, as well as the Avanti LS with vibrant crochet and stitching details.
The collection includes dynamic colors and playful tones of orange and neon yellow inspired by Rihanna’s home — the island of Barbados. The pieces fuse sports design with Rihanna’s unique aesthetic for a drop that combines form and fashion. Rihanna’s relationship with Puma goes back to 2014, when she worked with the brand as a creative director and brand ambassador. She also appeared in campaigns for Puma beginning in 2015.
Along with the venerated singer and mogul, other attendees included Serena Page, Kordell Beckham, Achieng Agutu, Isan Elba, Avani, Rickey Thompson, Jaida Buni, Nate White and more. Puma athletes Skylar Diggins-Smith, Charokee Young and Shericka Jackson also attended the celebration.
