Jennie of the K-pop supergroup Blackpink returned to the Met Gala red carpet on Monday in New York City. The singer wore a custom Alaïa minidress in electric blue.
Jennie’s ensemble was crafted of a vibrant ruched fabric that wrapped around her body, creating a cutout silhouette. The top transitioned into a cape that dropped down to the floor turning into a train. For added shine, she wore a pearl-embellished belt and completed the look with matching blue heels.

An ambassador for Calvin Klein and Chanel, Jennie debuted on the Met Gala red carpet in 2023 when she wore a vintage Chanel dress to honor the fashion house’s late creative director Karl Lagerfeld.
