The 75th Annual Creative Arts Emmy Awards were held on Saturday and Sunday after being postponed from Sept. 23 due to the Writers Guild of America and Screen Actors Guild strikes. The annual awards ceremony honors the best in artistic and technical achievement in American primetime television programming as chosen by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Categories at the Creative Arts Emmys range from Outstanding Television Movie to Outstanding Period Costumes for a Series.
At this year’s ceremony, many shows went home with multiple awards, including “The Last of Us,” “The Bear,” “Wednesday” and “The White Lotus.” RuPaul continued his Emmy’s streak for Outstanding Host for a Reality of Competition program for “RuPaul’s Drag Race.” Meanwhile, veteran actress Judith Light won Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for “Poker Face.”
