Drew Starkey was among the names debuting hairstyles on the red carpet for the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday. While Millie Bobby Brown went blond, Starkey went short. The actor turned up to the event with a buzzcut. Combined with his look, the entire ensemble channeled preppy style.
Starkey, who was at that the ceremony as a presenter, wore suiting separates from Valentino‘s spring 2025 collection designed by Alessandro Michele. It included a navy double-breasted wool gabardine blazer with peak lapels. For trousers, he wore butter-colored wool pants with a front crease and thick cuffs. He also wore a light blue shirt.
In place of a tie, Starkey wore a silk polka dot bandeau scarf tied as a necktie. It was a styling technique shown on the runway that others like Colman Domingo have also taken to the red carpet. Starkey accessorized with a small gold earring, a signet ring and a Cartier watch.

The 2025 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, held on Sunday at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles and hosted by Kristen Bell, honor the best performances in film and TV from 2024. “Shōgun” and “Wicked” lead the nominees with five nods each. Jane Fonda will receive the Life Achievement Award.
