Ariana Grande brought her wicked and whimsical sense of style to the 2026 Golden Globe Awards red carpet in a custom design by Vivienne Westwood on Sunday night in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Grande left behind her Glinda-inspired pink hues for the occasion and continued with her darker palette, opting for a textured black gown with a fitted bodice and a full bell-shaped skirt which puffed out at the waist — more so emulating Cynthia Erivo’s Elphaba from the “Wicked” films than her own character. This is just Grande’s latest Vivienne Westwood look of the last week — she wore a pale pink vintage dress by the designer at the AFI Awards on Friday.
The “Wicked: For Good” promotional and initial awards season tour has seen Grande toy with new interpretations on method dressing. Instead of consistently pink looks and feminine designs, stylist Law Roach has dressed Grande in mostly somber yet high-fashion pieces.
