Is the mullet T-shirt about to have its viral fashion moment this fall?
Anne Hathaway endorsed the style while attending the Balenciaga spring 2026 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week on Saturday. Styled by Erin Walsh, the actress sported a graphic T-shirt featuring a metal-inspired logo and a mullet-style design with a dramatic, flowing train.
Hathaway’s custom shirt was inspired by one of the looks included in Balenciaga’s spring 2026 runway show. The “Devil Wears Prada” actress completed her outfit with black trousers, leather gloves and sharp, pointy shoes.
Balenciaga is the latest brand to bring the T-shirt train style to the runway. The trend has become commonly associated with Phoebe Philo in recent months, with celebrities, including Hathaway, wearing different T-shirt trains from the brand in public.
