Faherty is expanding its relationship with New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson.
The athlete had been wearing the brand before he was connected by a mutual friend in 2021 with twin brothers and company founders Alex and Mike Faherty. The trio immediately hit it off since they shared a love of basketball, the Knicks and the Jersey shore where they all spent summers in their youth. This connection led to a local licensing deal between the Faherty brand and the Knicks this spring — a limited-edition capsule that was sold exclusively at Madison Square Garden where the team plays.
The collection, which featured five Faherty bestselling items that also sported the Knicks logo, proved to be popular and quickly sold out. That capsule has been reordered by MSG and will be offered on site during the team’s 2024-2025 season, the company said.

While this was limited in scope due to local licensing restrictions, it prompted the Faherty brothers to look into a larger offering centered around Brunson. So coinciding with the start of this season, Faherty has selected some of the brand’s bestselling styles to be part of an exclusive seven-piece drop, featuring Brunson’s mantra: “The Magic Is in the Work,” a nod to his commitment to excellence.
This collection, which includes hoodies, T-shirts and hats, will retail for $48 to $198 and will launch on Thursday on the Faherty website as well as select retail locations in the New York area.
