Palace’s Founder Spotted in Nike Big Bubble Air Max 95 Collab

The London-based streetwear brand's biggest Nike collaboration yet.

Palace decamped from Adidas to Nike last year and thus far has collaborated on the Total 90 3 and Air Max Dn8. Neither capsule of sneakers has been tremendously hyped, but that isn’t likely to be said about what the British streetwear brand now has in store.

The Palace x Nike Air Max 95 was spotted on the feet of Palace founder Lev Tanju during a panel at Manor Palce, the London hub opened by the two collaborators last year. Metallic silver synthetic leather takes over the upper, including each of the wavy stripes, while black is used for the sole unit and tongue. More details will likely be spotted when an official look at the sneaker comes, but Palace’s logo can be seen forming the tongue patch. Air Max units, including the Big Bubble at the heel, then arrive in blue.

Nike has had the Air Max 95 on a prolific run since bringing it back with Big Bubble proportions last year to coincide with the iconic model’s 30th anniversary. Last week, the original and beloved “Neon” colorway got a wide release after a more limited launch last spring. Several high-profile Air Max 95 collaborations have also come in that time span, including Undefeated, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Levi’s, Corteiz and more.
