Keds Wants to Upgrade Your Walking Experience with New BlissWalk Collection

The collection includes a lace-up sneaker, a slip-on sneaker and a slip-on ballet slipper-inspired shoe.

Keds is taking walking shoes to a new level with its BlissWalk collection, which features three new silhouettes honing in on comfort, wearability and versatility.

Available now, one of the three styles is the BlissWalk LTT, a casual lace-up silhouette. Another option is the BlissWalk ALT, which is a slip-on featuring stretchy, fixed laces. Thirdly, the BlissWalk Skimmer is a slip-on style inspired by ballet slippers. Each piece in the collection is machine washable and includes the antimicrobial BlissFoam Tech footbed that provides extra cushioning and helps with smell resistance. Offered in a range of colors, the shoes in the collection are priced between $55 to $60.

Janice Kwan, vice president of product at Keds, said, “Keds is known and loved for being a comfortable sneaker brand. Kwan continued, “We are thrilled to launch the new Keds BlissWalk collection, our first step as we focus on infusing all-day comfort with strategically incorporated features and benefits that directly support women as they move throughout the day. We’ll be working closely with certified podiatrists to ensure each component promotes foot health while providing the utmost comfort and support, all packaged up in Keds’ classic and iconic design.”

The new collection is not just about shoes, but also about giving back. In celebration of the launch, Keds is giving $10,000 to Let’s Talk About Menopause to support the organization’s work to raise awareness about perimenopause and menopause information and research. The partnership between the longstanding footwear company and the nonprofit included a walk along The Katy Trail in Dallas to launch the collection.

In other Keds news, it was revealed in January that Patrizio Di Marco and Jay Schottenstein are bringing Pro-Keds back to life. The brand also delves into collaborations; last year, for example, Keds and Batsheva released a sneaker collection. Also in 2024, the brand’s iconic Champion sneaker was introduced in extended sizes.
