Bella Hadid deemed the Puma Speedcat worthy of Cannes on Friday with a jaunt through the coastal city during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival.
Hadid, a regular presence at the festival in recent years, was out and about wearing a metallic silver version of Puma’s trendy slim sneaker, a style also embraced by the likes of Simone Ashley. The shoe, which was relaunched in 2024, was originally created as a racing shoe and later released as a lifestyle option by the athletic brand. The comeback of the Speedcat fits in with the slim shoe movement that’s taken over the footwear industry lately — which we’ve seen Hadid previously get in on with sneakerina styles from Vivaia.
Hadid’s silver version of the Speedcat accompanied a light blue capri and top set. She wore a high-neck fitted top and capris with a slightly loose fit, with red accents found on both items. The Prada global beauty ambassador completed her coastal look with a black purse and sunglasses
