After being worn by Bad Bunny himself at a February press conference for his Super Bowl LX halftime show performance, the newest colorway of the superstar’s Adidas signature sneaker has been officially revealed.

Adidas announced Tuesday that Bad Bunny’s BadBo 1.0 will be released this month in its Beige/Black style, which is also known as the “Rise” colorway. After having already been released in Brown and Chalk White styles, Bad Bunny’s latest sneaker flips the two-tone look of the debut brown-based colorway, moving black to the model’s nubuck underlay with white hairy teasel suede laid atop. The EVA cushioned-midsole is paired with a brown rubber outsole.

Material composition aside, the upcoming pair features all of the Puerto Rican artist’s signature hallmarks including a zig-zag stitch tongue detail and the BadBo logo at the heel. According to Adidas, the BadBo star logo gets its inspiration from the Puerto Rican flag and is intended to represent “origin, joy, and the limitless possibilities that come from staying true to where you’re from.”

For the first time, the new BadBo 1.0 colorway will be accompanied by a full Bad Bunny x Adidas BadBo apparel collection. Adidas says that the comfort-focused lifestyle collection is inspired by Bad Bunny’s personal style during moments outside of the spotlight.

The range includes tracksuits, sweatshirts, hats and what’s described as a “standout” heavyweight sweatsuit. A press release describes the apparel as representing those who “move forward without a single defined path and who understand that there are no final destinations, only parts of the same journey.”
