Renée Zellweger now has a statue in her likeness in London, honoring her longtime title role in the hit romantic comedy film franchise “Bridget Jones.” Sartorially, the actress kept things elegant yet simple for the unveiling on Monday, but she added a subtle pop of color to her black-and-white ensemble with the help of pumps made in collaboration between Christian Louboutin and Maison Margiela.

Zellweger wore a set of white pumps with a bold red streak on the back, which came from the first capsule shoe collection from the two French luxury brands. The collection, released in March, includes seven shoe designs across two capsules: Maison Margiela by Christian Louboutin and Christian Louboutin by Maison Margiela. Zellweger wore the Martoubi 25 shoe from the the Christian Louboutin by Maison Margiela capsule.

The style features an elongated pointed toe and a 100mm heel, as well as the brushstroke across the heel cap proving a flash of red against a crisp white backdrop. Aligning with that accent, the shoe also features Christian Louboutin’s signature red sole, as do all the other styles from the collaborative collection, which includes Tabi styles and deconstructed looks. Other celebrities to have worn styles from the collection include Teyana Taylor and Jenna Ortega.

Zellweger paired the pumps with a black coatdress featuring long sleeves and an A-line skirt with a midi hemline.

The “Bridget Jones” franchise, adapted from books by Helen Fielding, had its fourth film “Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy” come out in January. A fan of Louboutin, Zellweger wore a red metallic version of Christian Louboutin’s Hot Chick pump with a pink strapless dress to attend the Australian premiere of the film.
