The actress, who is promoting the movie “The Naked Gun,” is no stranger to designer pumps — she recently wore a pair of emerald satin crepe pumps from Gianvito Rossi in New York City. This time, she opted for a tried-and-true style: a black leather pointed-toe pump, distinguished by a cutout and metallic interlocking buckle detail on the side. Known as the F Buckle Pump from the brand, the gold metallic portion subtly reps the brand with an F initial at the center. A tapered heel measuring 9.5 cm elevates the Italian-crafted set, which retails for $1,090.

This style fits in with the cutout shoe trend, which can be seen across a myriad of silhouettes, whether ballet flats worn by Nicky Hilton (her collaboration with French Sole) or brogue style pumps worn by Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw (a Maison Margiela set).

Anderson’s shoes served as a complement to her midi dress, which was made from black wool faille and distinguished by a slender belt with a metallic buckle and a high-neck cape feature. The actress sported her relatively new blond bob tucked behind her ears and brought a classic touch of wild style to her look with an animal print pillbox hat, emphasizing her vintage glam aesthetic.

This look follows the ensemble she modeled at the “The Naked Gun” premiere in London on Tuesday, when she opted for a shoe-obscuring, floor-length, strapless violet gown with a fitted bodice and long skirt.

Anderson modeled a classically elegant fashion aesthetic amidst the press run and awards run for “The Last Showgirl,” which earned her an Academy Award nomination. She often wore timeless neutral pumps with her refined ensembles, whether wearing a monochrome business-ready look or a statement gown.
