Larroudé is expanding its footwear options with the introduction of its first unisex shoe, the George sneaker, available as of Tuesday exclusively on larroude.com.
An easy everyday sneaker style with the polished aesthetic Larroudé is known for, the George is not only the footwear brand’s first unisex style but also its first venture into men’s. With the silhouette serving as a modern take on gender neutral dressing, the low-top style is available in a range of colorways and materials, from a tan option to a metallic option. The shoe also proves the brand’s focus on diverse and inclusive sizing, with availability in men’s sizes up to 14 and women’s sizes up to 15. The sneaker is set at a retail price of $250.
“The George represents an important evolution for Larroudé,” said Marina Larroudé, cofounder and creative director in a statement. “This is our first unisex style, offered in extended sizes, and it opens the door to an entirely new category for the brand. It’s exciting to see how naturally it fits into everyday life. This launch is both a business opportunity and a cultural shift for us, and it signals what’s ahead as we continue to grow into men’s and unisex footwear.”

Comfort is key for Marina Larroudé, as she discussed at the WWD x FN x Beauty Inc Women In Power forum in September.
“I try on all the prototypes. I need to make sure the shoe is very comfortable. Because otherwise I get a return, and it’s not going to work. I tell the design team, I don’t care how beautiful it is if a woman cannot walk three blocks in them. So comfort and quality has always been a key focus for us. And then we can market it in a fun way,” she said.
Some of Larroudé’s 2025 releases included a collaboration with Nicolò Beretta, a boat shoe called the Cyprus and a collaborative capsule with Candy Pratts Price.
