Heidi Klum braved the inclement weather in New York to ring in Halloween. The supermodel arrived at the Empire State Building on Thursday and stayed balanced through the strong gusts of wind with the help of a pair of sturdy thigh-high boots.
Klum participated in the ceremonial lighting of the Empire State Building for Halloween on Thursday, and for the celebration, she opted for a patent leather, strapless minidress. She covered her ensemble with an oversize houndstooth jacket in black and white, featuring a drop shoulder design.

The black thigh-high boots featured a high sheen, and are crafted from sleek vinyl material.
