Dr. Martens just contributed to the resurgence of all things Y2K through a collaboration with Bratz, and you can now shop the equal parts girly and edgy footwear picks.
The English brand has teamed up with the doll franchise to create a number of footwear styles. Firstly, the 1B99 Bratz Boot is a purple-tinged 14-eye lace-up boot with star-embossed detailing, a glittering Bex sole and flat velvet laces. A lips lace charm and Bratz swing tag adorn the $220 style.

Next, the inclusion of the Buzz Bratz 5-Eye Shoe marks the first time the ’90s-inspired Buzz sole appears in a Dr. Martens collaboration. The chunky grooved sole lifts up a light purplish-pink style made from Nappa milled leather and velvet. The $150 style also features diamanté eyelets and a row of silver studs. Velvet laces, the lace lips charm and the Bratz swing tag make an appearance on this footwear option as well.

The third shoe option is the $140 Mattison Bratz Sandal, which reimagines Dr. Martens’ latest sandal silhouette with glittery sole and a pink faux fur strap. A star buckle and star-printed footbed contribute to the look as well. The Bratz swing tag is featured on this shoe too.

In addition to three shoe styles, the collection includes the Mini Heart Bag, which is marked at a price of $75.
Bratz dolls are strongly associated with the aughts — and the fashions of that time are coming back around. Crocs and Juicy Couture, for example, are leaning into the popularity of the Y2K aesthetic with a collection featuring pink clogs, one of which is a bedazzled platform style.
Prior to the Bratz reveal, some of Dr. Martens’ recent collaborators included Awake and the Netflix series “Wednesday.” Bratz is also no stranger to collaborations. For example, the brand worked with Puma in 2021 on a collection that included three footwear styles.
