Cynthia Erivo continued her Christian Louboutin shoe streak on Thursday in New York City, donning a pair of platform boots for an appearance on “The View.”
After going on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” wearing a custom black crystal strass version of Louboutin’s Hot Chick pump with a Schiaparelli outfit on Wednesday, Erivo went to “The View” wearing a platform boot belonging to the French brand’s ballet-inspired Cassia line. The Cassia shoes feature a ruched square toe recalling a pointe shoe, and a dainty bow on the vamp, which further emphasizes the dance influence.

Erivo’s boot featured a knee-high shaft, hefty platform and towering stiletto heel. The shoes were crafted in a deep blue suede and the sole was splashed with the brand’s signature red sole. The boots made a statement as they accompanied Erivo’s stone gray blazer, which featured a high neck.

Erivo has showed love for the Cassia line multiple times in the past. She wore a black version of the Cassia Lace Up Alta, a platform pump with ribbon ankle straps, during a performance at the Grammys in February, and donned a light green iteration of the shoe at the Academy Awards Nominees Dinner later that month. Her “Wicked” costar Ariana Grande is a fan of the Cassia look as well, having worn the Cassia Nodo Alta pump in black in London recently, and a custom pink version of the Cassia Lace Up at a “Wicked” stop in Paris.
Erivo is a devotee of Louboutin footwear. She wore the Hot Chick pump in black at the GQ Men of the Year event in London this week, and donned a bespoke crystal-embellished Dorothy Red version of the same style while London over the weekend.
“Wicked: For Good,” the follow-up to Jon M. Chu’s “Wicked” film, adapted from the Broadway show of the same name, is set for release on Friday.
