Sundance Film Festival is an annual event that began in 1978, featuring independent films from new directors, high-profile actors and more. The festival begins on Jan. 23 and concludes on Feb. 2 in 2025.
This year’s film festival boasts several films from exciting new talents, as well Oscar-winning and nominated actors hitting the red carpet. Stars like Juliette Lewis, Lauren Graham, Olivia Colman, Marlee Matlin and more already attended some of the festivals major premieres and events.
The Sundance Film Festival was founded by Sterling Van Wagenen, the head of actor Robert Redford’s company Wildwood Enterprises, Inc., John Earle and Cirina Hampton-Catania.
This year’s lineup includes such films as “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” “Omaha” and more.
