The 2025 Planned Parenthood of Greater New York’s Spring Into Action Gala took place on Thursday in New York City, honoring singer Olivia Rodrigo and reproductive rights advocate Amanda Zurawski. The event, cochaired by Courtney Corleto, Katie Danziger, Jenny Galluzzo, Rebekah Klipper and others, aimed to galvanize support for abortion access and patient-centered healthcare under the leadership of PPGNY President and CEO Wendy Stark.
Rodrigo was recognized for her vocal advocacy of reproductive rights. The singer has consistently used her platform to address abortion access challenges, including public condemnations of restrictive policies. Zurawski, a plaintiff in a high-profile lawsuit against Texas for delaying medically necessary abortion care, was celebrated for her activism highlighting the tangible impacts of abortion bans.
