Referencing paintings from Picasso’s blue period, Brad Parnell turned out a playful and polished collection for William Bradley. Parnell took an artistic approach to tailored separates, including pencil skirts, peplum dresses, high-waisted trousers and high-collar shirts, with asymmetric hems, perforations, feather-dusted tulle and digital prints of paint splatters.
