Ike Behar is putting the spotlight on boys for spring 2011.
The brand has signed a license with Fishman & Tobin to manufacture and market boys’ apparel and another with Master Accessories for belts, small leather goods and gifts. The company already has a license with Phillips Van Heusen’s Neckwear Group for boys’ ties.
In addition, the company will showcase its boys’ wear during presentation at ENK’s upcoming Children’s Club show at the Show Piers in New York City Aug. 1-3.
“Collaborating with best-in-class children’s wear experts such as Fishman and Tobin, Master Accessories and PVH is crucial to bringing top-tier products to the market and we’re thrilled with the offerings our partners are presenting for spring 2011,” said Alan Behar, president.
Harold Master, president and chief executive officer of Master Accessories, said the line will consist of dress belts, casual belts and suspenders, while Jimmy Rosenfeld, president of Fishman & Tobin, said the apparel collection will be focused on suits and suit separates.
